Mark Daughtry began his career in the commercial real estate industry in 1988 based in Atlanta Georgia. Originally, Mr. Daughtry focused on local Atlanta and Southeast USA tenant representation for office and industrial occupiers. In 2006, he transitioned to multi-market corporate services tenant representation for domestic and international clients. Mr. Daughtry has extensive experience with portfolio analysis, site selection, transaction process management and strategy implementation on behalf of companies with diverse real estate portfolios. Additionally, he has directed lease administration functions, portfolio optimization initiatives and served as the principal negotiator for service teams responsible for implementation of client strategies within a prescribed cycle timeframe. He has successfully directed communication channels involving other service lines including Design & Construction, Project Management and Lease Administration as a leader of integrated service delivery teams.
Mr. Daughtry works with Alex Hayden and Travis Boyd out of the Newport Beach California office. He functions as a single point of client for multiple corporate clients for domestic and international requirements.
