Mark Davenport

Mark Davenport is an Executive Vice President with CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services practice representing corporate and institutional occupiers. He has personally negotiated over $750 million in office, industrial, retail, and land transactions. In addition, Mark has led major initiatives around occupancy strategy, portfolio rationalization, site selection, and process improvement for a number of Fortune 500 companies.

Mark spent the early years of his career working in the fields of architecture, occupancy planning, engineering, and project management. In every capacity he sought to advance the state of the practice through innovative approaches that challenged convention. To this day, Mark leverages his multi-disciplinary skills and deep experience to find innovative and effective ways for addressing his clients’ most challenging real estate issues—and to do so with talented people in a team setting.

In the years prior to joining CBRE, Mark led master planning efforts for 30+ million square feet of corporate and institutional properties--including headquarters campuses for several Fortune 100 companies—while working at Hellmuth, Obata and Kassabaum (HOK) and the Atlanta-based firms Heery International and Brookwood Group.

Mr. Davenport's accomplishments on behalf of his clients have been recognized by CBRE on multiple occasions in the form of the prestigious Colbert Coldwell Circle Award (top three percent producer in the company). Mr. Davenport has also been recognized by The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors as a “Top Ten Producer” in multiple years.
