Mark Gnirk is a commercial real estate investment professional with more than 22 years of experience in commercial banking and private wealth management, advising high-net-worth individuals and business owners on capital structure, credit solutions, and complex financial decisions. Over the past five years, he has represented and managed a high-net-worth family office, overseeing real estate strategy, transaction execution, and long-term capital allocation.
Mark brings a disciplined, analytical approach enabling thoughtful underwriting, risk assessment, and value-driven execution. A former Division I collegiate athlete and professional baseball player, he is recognized for his collaborative mindset, accountability, and performance under pressure—qualities that translate naturally to team-oriented execution and client service. With a consultative style and strong appreciation for process, integrity, and partnership, he is well-positioned to contribute within CBRE’s Investment Sales platform, supporting clients and teammates in achieving consistently strong outcomes.
Mark is a graduate of Grand Canyon University, where he earned a degree in finance. He is a past president of EC70 and prior chairman of the board of Executive Council Charities.
