Mark Gustin is a seasoned commercial real estate professional and Executive Vice President at CBRE in Phoenix. With nearly three decades of experience, Mark specializes in leasing and sales of office, flex, back-office & life science properties throughout the Phoenix metro area.
Since beginning his career in 1998, Mark has completed over 2,000 lease and sale transactions, representing more than $2 billion in transactional value. His expertise in transacting on a wide variety of properties has made him a trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of clients, including Travelers, LBA Realty, Manulife, WorkSpace Property Trust, LaSalle Investment Management, Arizona State University, Northwood Investors and PGIM.
Before joining CBRE, Mark held roles at JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Trammell Crow Company and Insignia/ESG. He has a bachelor’s degree in business real estate from Arizona State University. He maintains professional designations as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
Mark is a 14-time CoStar Power Broker, a 10-time NAIOP Office Broker of the Year nominee and his team was presented the 2013 RED Award for Brokerage Team of the Year – Office Leasing. He has also served in leadership roles within SIOR, including President of the Arizona Chapter (2015–2019).
Before his real estate career, Mark served in the U.S. Army from 1988 to 1992, including active duty in Operation Desert Storm.
