Mark Keebler is currently a Senior Vice President at CBRE, joining the firm following the company's merger with Insignia/ESG in July 2003. Mr. Keebler is well recognized and highly regarded in the industry for his financial and analytical acumen, thorough knowledge of the Chicago downtown market and strong client relationships.
Specializing in Advisory Services, Mr. Keebler views real estate decisions in the context of the client's overall strategic objectives and seeks to understand how real estate impacts each company's productivity and profitability. This client focus has won him numerous assignments on behalf of many of Chicago's most prestigious large tenants including multiple headquarters transactions.
Mr. Keebler has significant experience representing large corporate users and trading related firms and is acutely aware of the rapidly changing market conditions in Downtown Chicago. Mr. Keebler's representation expertise includes having negotiated more than 1.8 million square feet of space for financial services firms and corporate users.
