Mark E. Letscher, MAI, SGA, is a First Vice President for CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services (VAS) group. Mr. Letscher is the valuation practice leader for the Midwest Division of CBRE Hotels Valuation & Advisory platform as well and the Co-Leader the National Golf Practice.
Mark began his appraisal career in 1991. He has performed valuation and consulting assignments on behalf of major financial institutions, government agencies, corporations, individual investors, and legal firms. Assignments have been completed for a wide variety of asset types including office, retail, multi-family residential, industrial, hospitality, mixed-use developments, residential subdivisions, vacant land, and special-use properties. Mark is a member of CBRE’s Hospitality & Gaming Group as well as a member of the Society of Golf Appraisers.
