Mark Prottas, MAI has been very actively engaged in the valuation and consulting services segment of the commercial real estate industry since 1978. As a production appraiser with 25 years of experience, Mr. Prottas specialized in institutional investment grade properties in Orange, San Diego, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
Mr. Prottas's 20-year plus production appraisal practice at CBRE concentrated on Retail and Office properties but also included a broad spectrum of properties types and locations. Since 2003 Mr. Prottas has been part of the management team in the Southern California Region and has primary responsibility for the Newport Beach and San Diego offices with over 20 professional appraisers on staff.
With approximately 65 professionals in Southern California we perform over 4,000 valuation assignments per year and are very well equipped to handle appraisal assignments both large and small. Our valuation experts provide clients with excellent client outcomes in a broad spectrum of assets types and valuation products along with other 3rd party due diligence reports.
