Associated Office
Mark Raddatz represents the Salt Lake City office of CBRE as a Senior Valuation Associate. Mark is a part of CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) division. Based in Salt Lake City office, Mark is part of the Intermountain Region of VAS. His appraisal experience includes preparation of real estate appraisals, feasibility studies, rent analyses and market studies of commercial and residential multifamily properties. Mark works primarily in Metropolitan Salt Lake City and along the Wasatch Front. His experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, resorts, net leased investments, fractional interests, medical office buildings, nursing homes, restaurants, car washes, and other special purpose properties.
The Intermountain Region of CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services covers the states of Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North and South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming. The regional office is based in Phoenix, Arizona with satellite offices in the cities of Denver, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Tucson, Colorado Springs, Des Moines, Fort Collins, and Omaha.
