Mark Ravesloot is a Vice Chairman in our New York Office, where he is also a Group Leader and a member of the firm’s Strategic Planning Group. His primary areas of expertise are in formulating corporate real estate strategy, leading corporate acquisition and disposition projects and agency representation assignments.
For over 40 years, Mr. Ravesloot has acted on behalf of tenants, completing transactions totaling over 18 million square feet. He represents many of his clients across their national or global portfolios.
He has been a consistent recipient of the Colbert Colwell Award, recognizing achievement at the highest level with the firm, and a Top 10 Broker for the firm nationally.
Mr. Ravesloot is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, where he has served as a Director of the Commercial Brokerage Division Board. He has served as a member of the board of the Read Alliance, an organization devoted to improving the educational trajectory of at-risk kindergarten and first grade students through one-to-one tutoring in foundational reading skills, and as a Parent Director at Trinity College in Hartford, CT. Mr. Ravesloot has been a guest lecturer on commercial real estate matters at the Columbia Business School, and a frequent speaker at industry events.
