Mark Rupprecht is the managing director of CBRE Upstate NY’s Syracuse office and supports clients with more than 20 years of commercial real estate advisory experience in Central New York. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Mark has been involved in transactions from 2,500 to 600,000 SF with a specialization in the industrial and office sectors.
Prior to his career in real estate, Mark served as the executive director of the not-for-profit New York State Nursery and Landscape Association, a professional trade association representing 800 small business owners, and as territory manager in Central New York for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), an advocacy organization supporting small and independent businesses.
