Mark Schlag

Mark Schlag is a Vice President with CBRE, specializing in retail landlord and tenant representation, investment sales and site acquisition/disposition services. Mark has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate across Idaho and the Intermountain West region. Mark works with global, national and local clients providing holistic solutions for site selection, market analytics, strategic planning, and lease/sale analysis. During the course of his career, Mark has cultivated strong relationships within the business community, some spanning over 25 years. He has served as a trusted advisor to some of Boise’s most prominent retail property owners and represented numerous corporate clients, including Fortune 50 companies, on their expansion requirement in Southern Idaho.

Mark has a comprehensive understanding of local market dynamics, as well as national and global real estate trends. He uses this expertise to provide valuable market insights and sophisticated solutions that result in informed decisions and maximum value for his clients.

Prior to CBRE, Mark was a retail and investment associate with Colliers International and TOK Commercial.  A fourth generation Idahoan, Mark’s time away from the office is spent with family and friends enjoying Idaho’s outdoor activities, such as fly-fishing, skiing, running and backpacking.
