Associated Office
Mark Silverman has worked on CBRE’s Investment Properties team since 2014. Mr. Silverman brings to his team a strong background in capital markets while excelling from both the analytical and business development aspects of the real estate business. Mr. Silverman specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial, office and multifamily properties within Northern and Central New Jersey. At a young age, Mr. Silverman has sourced and closed large portfolio transactions in Bergen, Hudson and Passaic County.
Mr. Silverman comes from a real-estate oriented family. Upon graduation from the University of Miami (FL), Silverman came into the mentorship of his uncle, Morry Silverman, a well-established commercial broker in the South Florida area. Mark relocated back to his hometown of Wyckoff, NJ in 2013, to be closer to his family. In 2019, Mr. Silverman completed his Masters from Georgetown University’s Real Estate Program, with a concentration in Finance and Development and graduating atop his class. In addition to his role position within CBRE, Mr. Silverman is also a member of the CAIA association as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.
Mr. Silverman works on a highly personable level, utilizing lifelong relationships to build upon a growing line of business in the local and national marketplace. In his spare time, Silverman is a health and fitness enthusiast and is also actively involved with alumni relations for the University of Miami and Georgetown in the New Jersey and New York area.
