Mark Tabak started his real estate career as a registered representative with an investment broker/dealer raising private equity for real estate developers in 2006. Prior to his 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, he spent 28 years in the restaurant industry and the successful chef/owner of two restaurants in the south San Francisco Bay Area for 12 years, choosing to change careers after starting a family.
Mark specializes in tenant representation and landlord advisory services. With his small business owner/operator experience, Mark brings a practical understanding of operations and finance as part of his skill set. Mark helps his clients define short and long term real estate objectives that align with their business strategies, as well as devise and implement real estate solutions that reduce costs, create flexibility, and maximize employee productivity.
