Mark Watson, MAI, AI-GRS

Mark Watson, MAI, AI-GRS, based in San Diego, serves as a First Vice President for the Valuation & Advisory group with primary focus on review work to ensure Quality and Risk Management and guideline compliance for Southern California.

Mr. Watson has over 19+ years of commercial appraisal and consulting services experience with primary focus on proposed construction projects involving residential subdivisions, multifamily properties, and mixed-use developments, including 13+ years of senior review experience.   Mr. Watson will be working closely with our quality risk management (QRM) team ensuring risk mitigation, quality, and best overall report writing as well as with our colleagues and clients to discuss best practices, feedback, and how we can continue to improve the quality of our reports and leverage technology to help with efficiency and overall work product accuracy.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Watson worked for U.S. Bank where he was responsible for ordering and reviewing appraisal reports across assigned regions including the San Francisco Bay Area, Central Valley, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Colorado, and Utah, with additional assignments in Southern California and other U.S. markets.
