Since 1989, Mark has specialized in land sales, leasing, and development of mixed-use industrial warehouses and commercial buildings. Mark has handled site selection and site acquisition, market analysis, and land disposition, along with build-to-suit purchases and lease assignments, achieving millions of dollars in client benefits. His areas of responsibility include Indianapolis and the surrounding counties for new land development projects. Mark is a member of the "National Industrial Team" working with national and regional corporations in the site selection process in central Indiana. He has represented clients in 1,450 projects in both Buyer Representation capacity and Seller Representation assignments. Mark will add value to your next land project in the Indianapolis area whether you are acquiring a site or disposing of a site. His local expertise will benefit you in the land acquisition, disposition or land development process.
