Mark Yomazzo

As a Director of Transaction Management with CBRE’s Global Corporate Services Division in New York City and Stamford, CT, Mark Yomazzo's chief function is to provide advisory services pertaining to the needs of global corporations.

Mr. Yomazzo provides corporate clients with comprehensive multi-market transaction management, account management, best practice process compliance, lease negotiations and portfolio management across global portfolios.

Since 2013, Mr. Yomazzo has served as Director, Transaction Management, for the PepsiCo account.  In this function, Mr. Yomazzo oversees a team of six CBRE team members based in New York, Dallas, and Atlanta managing both the transaction and lease administration functions of a 160+MM SF global real estate portfolio,

Prior to his current role, Mr. Yomazzo served for nearly a decade as CBRE’s Transaction Director for The Walt Disney Company’s North American and Latin American portfolios.  In this role, he developed a detailed transaction management process and successfully executed hundreds of lease and sale acquisitions, dispositions, lease recasts and renewals for various property types including office, industrial, retail, land, towers, antennas, as well as radio and television production studios.

Multi-market corporate clients have included The Walt Disney Company, (ABC Studios & Television, ESPN, Disney Parks & Resorts, Disney Cruise Lines, Disney Stores, Radio Disney, etc.) ADP, Colgate-Palmolive, Frito-Lay, Gatorade, The Nielsen Company, PepsiCo, Prudential Financial, Prudential Securities, Quaker Foods, Samsung, Storage Tek, Tropicana Foods, Tyson Foods, and WorldColor.  Mr. Yomazzo has coordinated multi-market, multi-project real estate services for numerous Fortune 500 corporations totaling in excess of 2000 transactions in over 500 markets both domestically and internationally.

Mr. Yomazzo began his career with CB Richard Ellis in 1996 as an Associate in the Stamford, Connecticut office where he specialized in both Landlord and Tenant Representation assignments for office and industrial properties.  In 1998, Mr. Yomazzo joined the Global Corporate Services Division in New York City.
