Marko Glavadanovic

Marko Glavadanovic joined CBRE’s Long Island office as a First Vice President (Honorary Title) in 2022. With a focus on expanding agency, off-market and investment sales, Marko has made an impact on the business through his professionalism, diligence and extreme attention to detail. Clients trust that he will provide industry-leading service and expertly manage all the complex details of the deal lifecycle for multimillion-dollar industrial transactions.

Mr. Glavadanovic manages service delivery for his clients, advising and overseeing projects start-to-finish to strategically integrate CBRE resources that include debt and equity financing, comprehensive market and financial analysis, incentives procurement and supply chain solutions.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Glavadanovic served as a Senior Director at Avison Young, specializing in industrial and office transactions. During his tenure, he spearheaded the strategic planning, site selection, financial analysis, lease and sale negotiations for many top tenants and owners. Prior to Avison Young, Marko was a Senior Director at Coldwell Banker Commercial Long Island.

Mr. Glavadanovic is an active member of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society and the Croatian-American Charitable Foundation. He is a graduate of the University of Zagreb, the oldest and biggest university in Croatia and second largest in Southeastern Europe.
