Marlee Teplitzky is a First Vice President in the Consulting Group in CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office. Marlee is responsible for analyzing real estate strategies for major corporations and creating cash flows and other financial models to analyze the acquisition and disposition of leased assets on a cash and P&L basis.
Marlee attended the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, graduating in 2015 with a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. While attending Goizueta, Marlee was a Teaching Assistant for Dr. Roy Black, founder of the Emory Real Estate Program.
