Marlena Culver serves as a Valuation Associate in CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services Group Chicago office servicing the Midwest Division.
Currently, Ms. Culver specializes in the valuation of industrial property types but her experience encompasses a wide variety of property types , including, office buildings, industrial facilities, retail centers, mixed-use projects, and large scale portfolios.
As an industrial specialist Ms. Culver focuses on a wide range of industrial property types that include existing and proposed distribution/warehouse, manufacturing, flex industrial, truck terminals, proposed business parks, food processing plants, cooler/freezer storage, lumber yards, concrete batching plants, container yards, portfolio analysis and much more.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Culver worked as an Analyst for Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) Value and Risk advisory team. Her role was to assist with analysis and preparation of appraisals across the country.
