As the Director of CBRE’s Property Management for Hawaii, Marlene helps coordinate CBRE’s regional approach to clients, operations, and exceptional outcomes. She is responsible for managing a retail, industrial and office property management portfolio exceeding 10 million sq. ft.

With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Marlene’s background in property management has enabled her to help owners formulate viable financial performance plans to ensure success. Her seamless integration of management and leasing strategy has proven successful for owners. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, overseeing financial performance, and continuing her participation in community and business organizations in Hawaii.
