Ms. Francois is a mid-level real estate marketing professional with experience in residential and commercial real estate properties. Since joining CBRE in 2021, Marrhacia has been recognized as the RISE Values Award Recipient, and the Operations Spotlight Employee, and has been elevated to the position of Client Services Team Lead.
Marrhacia primarily supports the Industrial & Logistics team and has previously supported the Retail and Office Capital Markets team. Marrhacia is an accomplished real estate marketing professional with a refined level of experience in developing pitches, and proposals, creating and implementing marketing strategies, and listing management.
Ms. Francois has completed the real estate sales associate licensure requirements and currently holds a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license. She is also a Florida Public Notary.
