Marrhacia Francois Noel

Marrhacia Francois Noel is a retail real estate advisor with CBRE's Retail Leasing Services group, specializing in tenant representation, landlord representation, and retail market strategy throughout North Florida. She partners with national, regional, and emerging brands to identify high-performing locations and create growth strategies that align with their expansion goals. She also works closely with property owners to position retail assets, attract quality tenancy, and enhance long-term value through strategic merchandising and leasing initiatives.

Since joining CBRE in 2021, Marrhacia has built a reputation for combining data-driven market intelligence with creative marketing strategies to deliver exceptional outcomes for her clients. Her background in commercial real estate marketing and relationship management allows her to uncover opportunities, tell compelling market stories, and connect brands with the right locations. Clients value her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to providing thoughtful guidance.

Prior to joining CBRE, Marrhacia gained valuable experience with Colliers International and United Real Estate Gallery, where she developed expertise in commercial real estate marketing, project management, client service, and business development. Her contributions have earned multiple recognitions, including CBRE's RISE Values Award, as well as the Service Excellence Award from the Colliers International U.S. Leadership Team.

A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Marrhacia holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. She is actively involved in the retail real estate industry through ICSC and is passionate about connecting people, places, and brands to create vibrant communities. Beyond her professional work, she is dedicated to mentoring others, volunteering in the community, and serving as a youth leader. She enjoys spending time with her family and her energetic puppy, Safari.
