Marty Dowd has been a member of our advisory and transaction services team in Syracuse since 2009. A resident of Manlius, NY, Marty has an extensive resume that spans more than 40 years representing owners and occupiers of commercial real estate with specialization in the office, retail, and investment sectors.
Prior to joining CBRE Upstate NY, previous positions include time with The Beacon Companies of Boston, MA; National Site Selectors of Fayetteville; and Pioneer Companies of Syracuse. With The Beacon Companies, Marty was a leasing representative and was responsible for premier office assets located in Wellesley, Boston, Worcester, Washington D.C., as well as Syracuse. While with National Site Selectors, Marty represented retailers seeking new locations, including the Salvation Army, for whom he placed in over 30 locations throughout New England, Mid-Atlantic and Mid-Western states. With Pioneer Companies, Marty's primary responsibilities included leasing representation for office and retail properties located throughout Central New York.
