Martin “Marty” D. Johnson provides real estate brokerage and consultation services to industrial and office space users and institutional or private building owners throughout the Colorado Springs region. Marty has a varied background in commercial real estate, including over thirty-five years’ experience selling, leasing and financing real estate in multiple markets nationwide including Colorado Springs, CO; Phoenix, AZ; and the Quad Cities, IL.
Marty joined CBRE in 2006, upon the acquisition of Trammell Crow Company. Marty was an active member of TCC’s Colorado Springs office since 2001, specializing in retail and investment properties.
Prior to joining TCC, Marty was a retail specialist for Grubb & Ellis/Quantum Commercial Group, where his focus was retail and investment marketing. He was named a top producer for 2000.
Marty has also worked for Balcor Property Management, Inc. as a Real Estate Manager, and Transwestern Commercial Brokerage Company as the Sales Manager. He has represented many owners and principals in the growth, relocation and expansion of their companies and locations.
