Martin Knape

Martin Knape is a First Vice President with CBRE Denver’s Advisory & Transaction Services group. Marty specializes in advising corporate and locally owned businesses with the development of real estate strategies that meet the most challenging set of objectives. Throughout his 18 years of commercial real estate experience, Marty has had the opportunity to partner with clients on a broad spectrum of real estate solutions, including headquarter relocations, lease restructures, building acquisitions and dispositions.

Marty combines strategic facility planning with CBRE’s project management, market research and workplace strategy service lines to deliver the single best real estate solution for each client.
