Martin Knape

As a First Vice President with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services, Marty Knape specializes in advising office, R&D, and manufacturing occupiers in Colorado’s Northern Front Range communities. Marty brings 19 years of experience to his role and has partnered with clients on a wide range of real estate solutions, including headquarter relocations, lease restructures, acquisitions and dispositions.

Highly regarded by both clients and colleagues for his deep knowledge bench and ability to meet even the most challenging set of objectives, Marty excels in developing tailored strategies for clients in the advanced and emerging technology industries, among them life science, aerospace and manufacturing. He and his team approach each project from a holistic standpoint, establishing a thorough understanding of the client’s overarching financial, operational and cultural objectives. Since joining CBRE in 2007, Marty has executed more than 5 million square feet of lease and sale transactions. He is widely recognized as a trusted advisor to his clients and a leader in the Northern Front Range real estate market.
