Mary Aebie

Mary Aebie is an accomplished professional in the commercial real estate industry, currently serving as a Client Services Supervisor at CBRE. In this role, Mary partners with the Office Agency Leasing Team, comprised of Collin Wheeler, Aaron Duncan and Karl Hinkel, while also overseeing a team of seven Client Services Professionals.

Mary is dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and colleagues alike through strategic project management and innovative solutions leveraging the CBRE Platform. She manages the teams’ pipeline, maintains the client and listing databases, assists with property research, and creates promotional marketing materials to elevate an asset’s brand and inform real estate decisions.

She and the team rely heavily on an analytical approach to deliver a strategy that is aligned with client goals and market conditions. The team prides themselves on being the most heavily branded team in the market and believe that every building has a story to tell - it is up to them to capture and share the brand accordingly.

She joined CBRE in 2018 after nearly five years of experience providing marketing, administration and credit analysis for a Credit Union Cooperative. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership and Development from Capital University and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Ohio.

Personal Life

In her personal time, Mary enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, and camping. She is actively involved in her local church, leading a home-based Bible study and mentoring others. Mary resides in Columbus, Ohio, with her husband, Aaron Aebie, and their cat, Chef.
