Mary Bennett is a Senior Vice President of Global Hotel Asset Management for CBRE Hotels and supports prominent hotels and resorts across the Americas with asset management, repositioning and pre-opening, programming, and brand and operator selection.
Ms. Bennett is a subject matter expert in marketing for experiential and premium brands with national and global footprints. Her responsibilities include P&L ownership with a history of exceeding KPIs and accelerating revenues/market share. She is a hands-on leader with deep technical knowledge across digital, branding, communications, performance marketing, partnerships, social media, field marketing, and managed/franchised models.
Mary brings 23 years of hospitality industry experience working with luxury, full-service and select-service brands, branded residential, mixed-use developments, university/conference center hotels, private and institutional owners. She has an extensive background in sales, marketing and revenue optimization, loyalty, and demand generation with first-hand experience in driving performance for The Ritz-Carlton Santa Barbara, W Aspen, Omni PGA Frisco, Omni Boston at the Seaport, Viceroy Anguilla, Viceroy Snowmass, Viceroy Maldives, Viceroy Abu Dhabi.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2023, Mary served as Vice President Marketing & Digital at Omni Hotels & Resorts where she spent 2.5 years as part of the senior leadership team. Over the course of Ms. Bennett’s career, she has spent over 10 years with Marriott International supporting over 30+ brands, including seven years leading digital for The Ritz-Carlton brand globally. Mary also spent seven years with Viceroy Hotel Group as the Vice President of Digital and Commercial Partnerships.
