My practice is built on technical expertise around manufacturing, life science, and biotech, where I have completed over 15 million square feet of transactions alongside my partner Jennifer Vergara. That technical foundation carries over to office requirements, where I represent Fortune 500 companies on headquarters searches, complex lease terminations, renewals, and portfolio strategy. I have advised clients at every stage of growth, from venture backed startups to major enterprises, and I also advise several of the largest life science REITs. Whether the assignment is a specialized lab facility or a large corporate office requirement, I bring the same strategic depth and competitive discipline to every deal.
