Professional Experience
Mary has been a leader within CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) for more than 25 years, during which her focus has been solely focused on Corporate Real Estate & Facilities service delivery models. In her role as the leader of CBRE Institute, she is responsible for:
- Spearheading CBRE Institute’s thought leadership studies, including research and analysis on topics such as CRE organizational design, CRE’s alignment to the business, data and analytics, innovation, and more. Research channels include collaborative studies with industry associations such as CoreNet Global, as well as in-depth interviews with CBRE clients and colleagues
- Program managing client events associated with CBRE Institute, most notably the annual Global Forum and regional symposiums in EMEA and APAC. Each year’s theme studies the implications of macro-level trends (e.g., the geo-political environment and global economy) on CRE strategy and priorities
- Hosting CBRE Institute’s internal executive development program, with “master class” modules focused on CRE strategy, portfolio and workplace, sustainability, delivery tactics, and more
- Collaborating across the business to drive innovation, most recently through “MAX Labs” which has led to the development of CBRE’s fully integrated CRE service delivery system.
Mary is a member of the CBRE GWS | Enterprise Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and CBRE’s Industry Sector Council. She is an avid mentor and founder of the GWS Rising Leaders program.
She is a mother of three boys, loves photography, and is a graduate of Christian Brothers University (Bachelor of Science, Business Administration (1996)).
