Mason Shelby is a Managing Director of the Valuation & Advisory Services within the Midwest region in the Columbus, Ohio Office. Located in the CBRE Columbus office since 2003, Mr. Shelby has over 15 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience throughout the State of Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia, with primary experience in Ohio. Mr. Shelby is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the States of Ohio and Kentucky.
Mr. Shelby’s appraisal experience includes appraisal of many property types, including multi-family, retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, golf courses, self-storage, hotels, subdivisions and others.
As Managing Director, Mr. Shelby leads a valuation and advisory staff in Ohio, with offices in Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland and Toledo. Mr. Shelby and the staff in Ohio provide exceptional quality appraisal work and are very client service focused.
