In September 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CB Richard Ellis-N.E. Partners, L.P. (CBRE/New England), a long-standing joint venture with Whittier Partners Group and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in New England.
Mathew J. Santos joined CBRE/New England in February 2006 and is responsible for all aspects involved in completing appraisal and consulting reports in all property types. He is currently a Vice President with the Valuation & Advisory Services group. His experience includes analysis of over $18 billion in property and the completion of over 1,500 assignments. Mr. Santos is part of a 10-member team and specializes in retail property valuation. The team's expertise in valuations and advisory services includes single-asset and portfolio valuations, capital market services, litigation, foreclosure and bankruptcy support, arbitration and consultation and ad valorem property tax appraisals. Prior to joining CBRE/NE, Mathew worked as a Senior Client Account Manager for Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. from 2004-2006.
