Matt Germino joined CBRE's Palo Alto office in the Fall of 2006. Most recently, Matt worked at Spieker Stratmore Commercial where he specialized in all aspects of tenant representation. Matt is an effective communicator with a reputation for developing and maintaining strong business relationships. Matt focuses on understanding each of his client’s specific requirements. He then builds and executes a business strategy that mirrors the goals and objectives. Matt continues to specialize in tenant representation and leveraging CBRE's full range of services on behalf of his clients in the Silicon Valley, as well as the Peninsula.
A third generation Bay Area native, Matt currently resides in Palo Alto. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, exploring the outdoors and relaxing with his friends and family.
