Matt Grimes specializes in office leasing and sales activities in the Northern Nevada region, leading some of Reno’s most notable lease and sale transactions. He has been instrumental in transactions with both owners and tenants, often involving the region’s largest institutional owners and employers including NV Energy, McKenzie Properties, NevDex Properties, CAI Capital, Incline Capital Group, Fenway Capital and Washington Capital.
Matt obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from the University of Nevada at Reno, is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is a licensed broker in Nevada. Matt is also fluent in German and well-traveled, having worked, studied and/or traveled in over 25 countries.
