Matt Grimes, CCIM is a Senior Vice President with CBRE Office/Retail Services. Matt specializes in office/retail leasing and sales activities in the Northern Nevada region, leading some of Reno’s most notable lease and sale transactions. He has been instrumental in transactions with both owners and tenants, often involving the region’s largest institutional owners and employers including NV Energy, McKenzie Properties, NevDex Properties, Incline Capital Group, Fenway Capital Advisors and Washington Capital.
Matt is fluent in German and well-travelled, having worked, studied and/or travelled in over 25 countries.
