As a Senior Vice President with CBRE specializing in buyers and sellers, along with tenant representation, Matt’s focus is on assisting national and local office, medical and flex users to find the optimal space to suit their commercial real estate needs Given his development experience, Matt has a strong focus in land redevelopment sales, along with assisting multiple medical and national clients with their build-to-suit opportunities. His current clients include office, industrial and medical professionals seeking efficient space to lease or purchase. Matt also partners with investors and sellers on their on and off-market investment sale opportunities, as well as major nonprofit organizations looking to grow or consolidate multiple locations.
His commercial real estate career began in 2005 with the sale and lease of a 110,000 SF office, condo and warehouse flex development. Prior to joining CBRE, Matt obtained his broker’s license in 2008, and began working for Colliers International Richmond in 2011.
Customer service is a top priority for Matt, and he is dedicated to a true team approach with his clients. As an owner of several commercial real estate assets in Richmond, he is prepared to assist his clients in the evaluation of returns, development opportunities, assembling a strong development team and the overall commercial real estate process.
