Matt Laraway

Matt brings over twenty-five years of commercial real estate experience to CBRE and serves as a Senior Vice President within the Transaction and Advisory Services in Baltimore, Maryland. Matt specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial properties as well as in the Mid-Atlantic region. In addition, Matt has extensive experience in industrial land development.

Prior to joining CBRE, Matt spent ten (10) years as an Executive Vice President and partner at Chesapeake Real Estate Group (CREG), a top regional full service real estate services and development company. Before his tenure at CREG, he spent seven (7) years as a Senior Director in the industrial practice group at Cushman & Wakefield where he was annually recognized as a top industrial broker in the Mid-Atlantic region.
