Matt Osiecki

Matt has been with CBRE since the Fall of 1999. Prior to his current tenure with CBRE, Matt specialized in tenant representation with a local firm, assisting a variety of companies in the relocation process.

As a part of the industrial team, Matt focuses his efforts along the I-75 corridor and east side of Detroit marketplace. Matt has successfully completed several build-to-suit transactions ranging from a 20,000 square foot trucking repair facility, up to a 200,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Matt is experienced in providing our clients project management services, property management and appraisal services.
