Matt Roach, MAI is a Vice President at CBRE, Inc., and has 20 years of experience in real estate valuation and consultation. Located in CBRE Valuation and Advisory Group’s Fort Lauderdale, Florida office, Matt performs appraisals for a wide variety of property types and specializes in manufactured housing (MHC), RV parks, proposed condominiums, subdivisions and marinas. Additionally, Matt is a member of CBRE’s Manufactured Housing (MHC) and RV Park valuation team.
A Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute, Matt is the Vice President for the South Florida Chapter.
As a result of his education and experience, Matt is uniquely qualified to provide the following business services, among others: absorption studies, appraisal and appraisal review, consultation, demand analysis, demographic analysis, eminent domain valuation and consultation, highest and best use studies, litigation support, market analysis, mediation/arbitration/dispute resolution, retrospective valuation, site location analysis and consulting, valuation and consultation for financial reporting, and appraisal review.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Roach was previously a Director with Joseph J. Blake and Associates in South Florida.
