Matthew Steiner

Matt’s area of expertise is in the healthcare industry, with 15+ years of completed healthcare construction projects. Currently, Matt is in the process of managing a 500,000+ SF hospital campus expansion at Children’s Hospital and Medical Center, utilizing a unique to market Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) contract model. Matt leads the Omaha market healthcare team assisting clients with their strategy planning and implementation as well as assisting in new business development opportunities. His day to day project responsibilities include managing the client’s objectives and ultimately delivering their project on time and on budget. He excels in detailed upfront planning and ongoing schedule, budget, and quality oversight of the design, construction, and owner vendor team members. 

Prior to joining CBRE in 2015, Matt’s experience included roles as an Owner’s Representative for CHI Health and a Project Manager for a general contractor, managing ground up construction and tenant improvement healthcare projects.
