Matthew Young is the Director of the Chicago office of the Financial Consulting Group. He leads a highly skilled team of finance professionals dedicated to delivering sophisticated financial and analytical consulting services. His team serves a range of institutional clients, including financial institutions, REITs, and real estate advisory firms across the greater-Midwest and Eastern United States.
As a division of CBRE, the Financial Consulting Group leverages the proven experience and local market knowledge of more than 70,000 real estate professionals worldwide to provide custom analyses, which empower clients to make the most informed real estate decisions. FCG provides sophisticated financial underwriting and valuation-related services for the clients of the world’s largest commercial real estate services company.
Mr. Young joined CBRE in February of 2006. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Young worked as a Salesperson for The Broz Group where he was involved in the sale of Chicago-area apartment buildings to private investors. Before The Broz Group, Mr. Young was involved in acquisitions and market analysis of self-storage facilities for Storage USA/GE Real Estate.
