Matthew Goodman is an Executive Vice President of CBRE since January 2023 and a team leader of the occupier services group. Prior to joining CBRE Brokerage, Matt was an Executive Managing Director at JLL in the role of South Florida Market Lead and advisor within the occupier services group beginning in 2015. Preceding his tenure at JLL, Matt was a Managing Principal of Cresa South Florida as an owner and operator of the South Florida boutique occupier services company and led the sale process of Cresa South Florida to JLL. Prior to his brokerage career, Matthew was employed as a consultant at KPMG in their real estate, mortgage and hospitality division and was a senior financial analyst for a timeshare development company.
Matt specializes in complicated real estate strategy development and execution across all industry verticals including financial services, legal and corporate occupiers supported by proprietary CBRE technology and platform resources.
