Matt specializes in coast-to-coast retail strategies, rollouts and ultimately the transactions for over 10 years – partnering with some of the country’s top retailers including IKEA, Michaels, Home Depot, Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. With an educational background in mapping & demographics from the University of Waterloo, Matt brings an additional dimension to the retail real estate industry with an understanding of geographies, customer trading patterns and market influences across Canada.
