Matthew Krassy

Matthew Krassy is based in Charlotte, NC and serves as a Quality Risk Management (QRM) Director assisting our Midwest division. As a QRM Director, he actively manages the risk and quality control over the consulting and appraisal activities throughout the Midwest division ensuring compliance and best in class quality. Mr. Krassy has more than 30 years of experience as both a commercial and residential real estate appraiser with experience in the performance and review of real estate appraisals, feasibility studies, market studies, FHA (HUD), U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), litigation support and consulting assignments.

Mr. Krassy’s appraisal and appraisal review experience includes the following property types: medical/professional office, retail, restaurants, industrial, hotels, multi-family, condominiums, vacant land, subdivisions and numerous specialty property types some of which includes: Car Washes, Marinas, Mobile Home Parks, Funeral Homes, Day Care Centers, Agriculture, Citrus Groves and Packing Houses, Churches, and Golf Courses.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Krassy worked as a Lead Valuations Specialist for Wells Fargo’s Policy and Governance division within the Real Estate Valuation Services (REVS) department. While working at Wells Fargo, he serviced various locations throughout the entire United States, as well as internationally for the review of appraisals performed in Great Britain, the Republic of Ireland and Germany. He was also actively involved with the Builders Line of Credit (BLOC) Line of Business (LOB) performing subdivision appraisals and appraisal reviews.
