Mr. Lehman is a member of the CBRE Special Properties Group and one of the most successful industrial teams in the country. Matthew works tirelessly to maintain strong tenant and landlord relationships to ensure all clients are at ease through every step of the investment process. A 14-year veteran of the commercial real-estate industry, Matt uses his extensive transaction experience in the acquisition and disposition of real estate to serve a client set with diverse needs and expectations.

During his career at CBRE, Mr. Lehman has proved his talents by assisting in the lease or sale execution of over 300 million square feet of space. Working alongside Michael Mullady, Jeff Lyons, and Weston Devore, Matt’s professional knowledge ensures a hassle-free experience and exceptional result for all clients.
