Matthew Mandel is a Senior Vice President in the Radnor (Philadelphia) office of CBRE. He joined CBRE as part of the Fameco Real Estate acquisition in 2013 and previously had spent five years at Fameco Real Estate, the preeminent retail brokerage firm in Philadelphia.
He specializes in both Tenant and Landlord representation for national retailers and restaurants expanding throughout the United States. To date, Matthew’s client portfolio includes some of the nation’s fastest growing restaurant groups, such as Raising Cane’s, First Watch Daytime Café, Miller's Ale House, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Habit Burger, Brinker Restaurants (Maggiano’s and Chili’s) as well as up-and-coming restaurants like Mission BBQ and Gaucho’s Prime. He is currently the master broker for Mission BBQ overseeing their strategic development throughout the United States and has helped them secure over 120 new restaurant locations in more than twenty states. He also represents Mattress Warehouse, Wild Fork Foods, Penn Community Bank, and 55 Seventy Private Members Club. As a landlord/seller’s agent, Matthew has successfully represented property owners and developers in both the leasing and disposition of assets ranging from power centers to community and neighborhood centers to freestanding buildings. Also, he has represented national retailers in the disposition of company-owned and surplus property. He is a graduate of the University of Miami (Florida) where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration. Matthew is also an active member of ICSC. Matthew resides in Radnor with his wife Laura and children Rory and Miles.
