Matt Parham is an investment sales professional focusing on multifamily properties throughout San Diego County. With a foundation built on hands-on transaction experience and a deep understanding of the San Diego market, Matt brings a results-driven approach to every client engagement.
Prior to joining CBRE, Matt gained valuable experience in commercial real estate working on a leading retail brokerage team specializing in investment sales for shopping centers and single-tenant properties. During this time, he developed a rigorous approach to market analysis, working directly with investors and property owners to deliver tailored investment recommendations grounded in data and local market expertise.
Now at CBRE, Matt works closely with investors, property owners, and buyers across all stages of the transaction lifecycle. From initial prospecting and opportunity sourcing to underwriting, negotiation, and closing. A core part of his practice is putting accurate, defensible valuations on multifamily properties throughout San Diego County. By combining current market comparables, income analysis, and an intimate knowledge of submarket dynamics, Matt helps owners understand exactly what their asset is worth and how to position it competitively in today's market. Empowering them to make informed decisions about when and how to transact.

Prior to his professional career, Matt graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from San Diego State University, where he was a collegiate lacrosse player and team captain — an experience that instilled the discipline, leadership, and competitive drive he brings to his work every day.
