Matthew is a Senior Vice President and member of CBRE’s Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance group, based in the New Jersey office. His primary focus is debt and equity advisory for owners across all multifamily and commercial property types, with a concentrated focus in the Tri-state region, having executed transactions totaling more than $7 billion in volume throughout his career.

Prior to joining CBRE in May of 2025, Matthew served as Head of Acquisitions and Capital Markets at Accordia Realty from 2024 – 2025, where he led the firm’s strategic expansion into the Southeast markets and launched their shallow-bay industrial strategy. Before that, Matthew was a Managing Director in JLL Capital Markets (f/k/a HFF) New Jersey office from 2015 – 2024, where he focused on debt and equity advisory.
