Matt Saker is a Senior Vice President in the Global Advisory & Transaction Services group. Matt has represented a wide range of S&P 500 occupiers, institutions and privately held companies in the acquisition and disposition of real estate holdings, both in the Tri-State region and globally.
Matt has extensive experience serving multi-market occupier clients, providing detailed strategies and “big picture” insights to increase operational efficiencies and enhance the performance of his client’s real estate portfolios. Matt has a long history of assisting occupiers, investment clients and landlords in all facets of the commercial real estate process. He is known for his many long-term client relationships, as well as his ability to creatively strategize on behalf of his clients—combining extraordinary interpersonal and analytical skills to gain customer confidence.
