Matthew Tincknell, MAI is a Vice President in the Atlanta office of CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services Group. Mr. Tincknell has been involved with commercial real estate since 2005 and joined CBRE in August 2016.
Mr. Tincknell has appraised various property types including industrials, office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, malls, gas station/convenience stores, apartments, medical/healthcare facilities, golf courses, mixed-use properties, and residential subdivisions located throughout the Southeast. Mr. Tincknell’s clients range from corporate owners, institutional investors and lenders. Mr. Tincknell has also been hired as an expert witness and has provided court testimony. Mr. Tincknell has obtained the MAI designation and has fulfilled all continuing education requirements.
Prior to working at CBRE, Mr. Tincknell was a Vice President at Duff & Phelps, where he managed a team of appraisers and managed revenue of approximately $1.6 million annually. He also held acquisition and development positions with Place Properties (multifamily) and RaceTrac Petroleum (convenience store/gas stations).
