As Real Estate Services Administrator for a Global High Technology Company account, Maureen is responsible for accounting services support and contract/ insurance administration for the Client's 6 million square foot idle properties portfolio across North America.
Maureen is a driven member of her team and adept at developing strong relationships to partner in achieving shared goals. She is team and detail-oriented, and effects positive change in often challenging situations. Her organizational skills and focus on system or process improvements ensure workflows run smoothly, expenses are controlled and ultimately instill client, vendor and colleague confidence and satisfaction.
Maureen brought over 25 years of administrative experience to the West Region Facility Management team and Project Manager when she came to CBRE. She was responsible for supporting 23 client locations totaling 2.6 million square feet of mixed property types and staff in Colorado, California and Idaho.
Maureen was part of the merger with Trammell Crow Company and had worked previously for EDS as the Administrative Assistant to the West Region Real Estate Manager and Regional Director. She was accountable for financial based reporting, invoice processing, accounting/reconciliations, internal occupancy billing, cost containment and travel & expense reporting. She acted as the local physical site administrator and was successful at maintaining audit compliance with Sarbannes-Oxley regulations.
Prior to working for EDS Global Real Estate, Maureen worked in a variety of administrative roles in the fields of Facilities and Administration, Health, Safety & Workman’s Compensation and was instrumental in the development of a program for the liaison of a government contract serving the U.S. Army.
