Max Allard brings over 15 years of multifaceted real estate experience to CBRE’s Capital Markets team. With a career defined by senior roles in business development and asset management, Max offers a sophisticated understanding of the investment lifecycle, from underwriting and acquisition to long-term value creation. His background across diverse asset classes—including industrial, office, retail, and hospitality—enables him to provide unique owner-operator insights to a wide array of clients.

Prior to CBRE, Max served as Director of Real Estate for several high-growth firms, including Sentral, Sonder, and Life House. In these roles, he was responsible for sourcing opportunities, conducting complex financial modeling, and negotiating high-stakes agreements for Class A assets. His ability to navigate intricate deal structures and collaborate with senior leadership ensures that his clients receive strategic, data-driven perspective for every transaction.

Max’s expertise also extends to property-level execution and capital improvements. He previously directed the acquisition and fit-up of a 200,000-square-foot industrial facility and managed the multi-million-dollar restoration of a historic landmark hotel. By combining technical operational knowledge with a proven track record in contract negotiations, Max is uniquely positioned to help investors and owners maximize their portfolios in the Southern California market.
