Max Lozmack specializes in the acquisition and disposition of healthcare and life science properties throughout the State of Texas. Max has clients ranging from independent physicians to regional and national healthcare and life science providers. His current responsibilities include business development, financial analyses, and transaction negotiation. Max’s is committed to providing first-class service to his clients while executing their real estate goals and objectives.
The CBRE Houston Healthcare & Life Sciences Group is solely dedicated to the medical and life science market providing a complete range of commercial real estate transaction services including landlord representation, tenant representation and investment sales services for hospital systems, physician groups, specialty groups, post-acute operators, behavioral health operators, public & private healthcare investors and life science occupiers and investors.
Prior to joining CBRE Houston, Max worked at Marcus & Millichap specializing in investment sales where completing over 40 plus transactions and millions of square feet sold helped him gain invaluable deal experience for the clients he works with.
